I understand that this time can bring about many questions, concerns, and anxieties. That’s why I’ll regularly check in with you , by phone or email, to offer support and discuss your feelings.

Starting at 35 weeks, we’ll create a private group chat with you, your support person, and myself for you to express anything thats on your mind as your baby’s birthday draws near.

During our time together you’ll have the chance gain valuable insight on the birthing process. By sharing knowledge on pain management techniques, birth options, and what to expect during each stage, my hope is to help you feel more confident and prepared to give birth.

I offer continuous emotional support and education to partners as well. Guiding them on how to assist the birthing person, by teaching comfort measures, positioning, and effective communication.

I’ll help your partner feel confident and actively engaged in the birth experience.

Birth and postpartum planning meetings are offered where, In 2 hours, we'll cover signs of labor, pain management, your ideal birth experience and a personalized postpartum plan for you and your baby.

As your birth doula, I am committed to supporting you through early labor and birth, whether virtually, in-person, or both.

My goal is to provide a calming, nurturing presence, ensuring you feel empowered, informed, and supported as we work together to create the birth experience that feels right for you.

After your baby arrives—whether you're in the hospital, birthing centre, or at home—I’m here to support you. We can chat about your birthing experience, address any feeding questions or concerns, and work together on a personalized recovery plan.

Additionally, all birthing clients have scheduled ,day or overnight, postpartum shifts available to use during the first 4-6 weeks after birth for continued support.
